Duane G. Henry has been in practice in the Bay Area since 1976, giving you the benefit of many years of experience and yet up-to-the-minute knowledge. Henry limit our practice to Contra Costa County courts. As a result, we are very familiar with how Contra Costa courts tend to rule on your particular issues. Note: Since we limit our practice to Contra Costa courts, generally either you or your spouse must live in Contra Costa County at the time one of you files for divorce. These jurisdictional rules may change once your divorce is completed and you are facing issues of enforcing or modifying a prior judgment.
